How refunds are handled for Velia purchases.

This policy explains the refund terms for subscriptions and prepaid credit purchases made through Velia.

1. Refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. This applies to subscriptions and prepaid credit packs.

To request a refund, contact support@velia.com.tr with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed by our billing provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Velia purchases.

2. How to request

Send your refund request to support@velia.com.tr within 30 days of purchase. Include your account email address and a brief description of the purchase.

You may also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.com.

3. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights that apply under the law governing your purchase.
