Terms governing access to the Velia service.

Velia is a web-based software service operated under the Velia brand, used to generate, manage and prepare short-form videos for export or connected platform publishing. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use Velia on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

Velia may suspend or restrict access where misuse, security risk, payment failure, platform abuse or legal non-compliance is detected.

Paid access may be offered through recurring subscriptions, prepaid credit packs or both. Subscription terms, renewal cadence, taxes and final billing disclosures are presented at checkout by the active billing provider.

Credits are consumed when generation or premium processing actions are executed. Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, credits do not have cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, source material, connected accounts and publication choices you provide to Velia. You must only upload, generate or publish content you are authorized to use.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication, including titles, descriptions, subtitles, footage choices, voiceover text and compliance with the destination platform's rules.

You may not use Velia to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, malicious or privacy-invasive content, or to automate spam, impersonation or platform manipulation.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with queueing or worker infrastructure, bypass plan limitations, or gain unauthorized access to data belonging to other users.

Velia is an evolving software service. Features, provider integrations, plan limits and pricing may change over time. Material billing changes will apply prospectively.

We aim for reliable availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific provider uptime, or success of third-party platform publishing flows.

You may stop using the service at any time. Velia may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud risk, abuse, non-payment or legal necessity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform enforcement actions resulting from content you choose to generate or publish.

Operational notices relating to accounts, billing and policy updates may be sent from noreply@mail.velia.com.tr. Continuing to use the service after updates take effect means you accept the revised terms.
